An expansive deck leads down to a sandy beach area with walk-in water access and a large dock (which can hold a boat up to 23 ft).
The open-layout (living room, kitchen, dining area and 4-season porch seating) is perfect for comfortably hosting 8 people. The large farmers table offers ample seating with lots of light and views of the lake. There is also additional “bar” seating at the kitchen counter. Or dine al fresco on the deck.
The entire home has been newly renovated (2016); new carpet (in bedrooms), new hardwood floors downstairs, updated, fully-equipped kitchen, and fresh paint in every room.
